INTERNAL LEGAL COUNSEL FOR ENTERPRISES

One of Anfa Law’s strengths is being legal counsel for enterprises by providing legal services in many areas by case or by working hours. Such service package includes the following tasks:

  • Providing professional advice to the Board of Directors/Board of Members of a joint stock company/limited liability company in organizational reform, internal disputes and/or disputes between the enterprise and third parties.
  • Drafting, reviewing, modifying and negotiating the enterprise’s contracts.
  • Monitoring the enterprise’s compliance with laws.
  • Consulting on, and drafting documents relating to the enterprise’s licensing issues.

LITIGATION
 

Court/arbitration institutions are becoming increasingly important in the context where the Vietnamese economy has been deeply integrating into the global economy; therefore, litigation activities have become functional and indispensable in the new context. Anfa Law owns sufficient resources to accompany clients in cases relating to commercial, criminal, civil, marriage and family matters. Our dispute resolution activities include:

  • Representing clients at courts and arbitration organizations in the capacity of lawyers and/or authorized representatives.
  • Researching dossiers, and drafting petitions/statements of claim, arbitration requests and other documents for relevant parties.
  • Attending working sessions with relevant parties, and hearings and/or conciliation sessions conducted by courts, arbitrators or mediators.
  • Drafting and working with judgment enforcement agencies for enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards.
